Yes...Very possible and common. Typically, it's a new infection of a different strain...viruses working together to outsmart you're immune system. Or, it's a cycling infection taking advantage of a run down immune system. Best strategy is to boost the immune system with zinc and beta-glucan, get more rest and drink plenty of warm fluids like herbal teas.
